You absolutely must contact the registrar and it is your responsibility to contact, book and pay the fees to them. The contents of the ceremony must be agreed in advance with the Superintendent Registrar. Whilst we can assist you with many things, all arrangements necessary to enable the ceremony to take place remain your responsibility.
Because of the sensitive nature of our sites and woodland, we work with a selection of approved caterers. These professionals understand our venues and tailor their work accordingly. As such, we don’t allow any food or drink at the venue that’s supplied by anyone else unless we’ve given prior written permission. The suppliers we’ve chosen to work with offer a range of catering options at a variety of price points and we’re confident you’ll find them mouth-watering.
Yes, you will have exclusive use of the venue for the duration of your booking. However, the park will still be open for enquiries and visitors.
You and your guests will have exclusive use of the venue on the day of your event and we’ll confirm access times when you book. Suppliers can usually gain access around 3-4 hours before the ceremony with guests arriving later to take their seats for the ceremony. Obviously we will always do our best to accommodate your plans and we’re happy to consider any changes or alternative access requests and these will need to be agreed in writing. All arrivals will be welcomed by our team and shown around if they’ve not visited us previously.

You can hire our venue for as little or as long as you require and we have a minimum venue hire charge of 3 hours. Any additional time will be charged at our hourly rate so if staying a little longer is something you’re considering, do let us know and we can provide you with an accurate quote.
Of course we can and we’d be very happy to recommend reception venues to you. We can discuss your plans and options during your show round.
